We use licensed Wilcom software. Currently, we operate with six purchased licenses.
How do you work from logos or drawings?

Adjust for Embroidery Size – Simplify details for smaller scales.
Define Embroidery Placement – Adjustments are made for caps, t-shirts, jackets, etc.
Consider Fabric Type – Stitch settings vary based on fabric characteristics.
Select Stitch Types – Satin, fill, or running stitches are selected as per the design.
Testing & Refinement – A test run is done on actual or similar fabric to ensure accuracy.
Do you manage density, underlay, pull compensation, etc.?
Yes, we carefully manage all technical aspects to match fabric and surface requirements:
Caps: Increased stitch density and customized pull compensation.
T-Shirts: Light density and specialized underlay to prevent puckering.
What’s your usual delivery time?
24 hours for simple logos and basic designs.
For complex artwork (e.g., portraits, jackets, etc.), timelines may vary.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes, express delivery is available within 4 to 6 hours (subject to additional charges).
Do you offer free revisions if the file needs adjustment?
Yes, we offer free revisions if needed.
Do you test files on real machines?
Yes, we ensure testing on real or similar machines for quality assurance.
Can you provide previews or screenshots?
Yes, a PDF preview is shared along with the original file.
Do you have an API or online platform to send files directly?

We charge €1 per thousand stitches.
