Order Steps

Step 1: Register / Login to Sure OMS

New user? Click Register and create your account
Existing user? Simply Login
Forgot password? Use the reset link via email

Once logged in, you’ll see your Client Dashboard

Step 2: Create a New Order

Go to Order Entry and fill in the required details:

Upload your design file (AI, JPG, PNG, PDF, etc.)
Enter exact embroidery size (Width × Height)
Select service type (Flat, 3D Puff, Applique, etc.)
Choose required machine format (DST, PES, JEF, EXP, etc.)
Add fabric details (if needed)
Mention special instructions
Select whether it’s a New Order or Quote
Add deadline (if urgent)

Click Submit

Step 3: Track, Download & Request Revisions

Using your dashboard, you can:

Track live order status (Ordered → Production → Quality → Completed)
View order details anytime
Download completed digitized files
View invoice details
